Ergodyne came to LAVA Design to work on their new Arsenal 5527 Tool Pouch. They wanted innovative approach to usability while maintaining their brand. Since 1983, Ergodyne has pioneered the development of products that Make The Workplace A Betterplace™ all precision crafted to manage the elements, promote prevention and provide protection for workers on job sites the world over. LAVA has developed many successful soft goods products for the workplace making us an ideal fit.

The final design provides users with and an innately easy-to-use pouch that is versatile and very durable. Some of the innovations include an intuitive single-handed hinged closing mechanism for the main pouch (also available with a zipper closure), quick connectors as well as easy-access hoops and pockets for tools or devises including a cell phones.
